4 hours took 6.  Scary winds tossed me around like I was a sail boat.  Both hands on the wheel for fear of an up wind and a Simi hitting simultaneously.  Jaw is killing me and my hands and wrists are sore.  Keep it to 3 hour max trips unless the weather is perfect.
